We have a dremel, the pointy pick type things and lego bricks he is gonna bite on to keep his mouth open. I havent figured out whats happening in part 3, but I am looking into that to find something that can do it

we have a shit ton of listerine for hygene.

He ought to go down to the local university hospital and have a med student preform the operation. It wont cost hardly anything, and I can guarantee you the results will be MUCH better.

 

why don't you call the local dental school.
it should be free because you have no insurance and the students are guided all the way by a real dentist. so you can rest assured you will get the best treatment and care.
