    Also ain't you learned nothing from julian. Don't do Calves after you do legs. They burnt out and you're wasting your time. Do them after you do upper while they are fresh

    I do 2 uppers and 2 lowers per week...I call my first upper and lower days "a" days and my second "b" days...i dunno why :notsure:

    Not the worst idea I've ever heard...even though Julian's a fuqboi

    but srs - doing leg ext after squats is different. That's like hitting cable flys after bench press. You are doing the complex movement followed by the isolation. Doing calves after you crush legs for an hour is pointless. You aren't going to go and crush back day for an hour and then burn out your biceps. That's dumb

    What about almost every split ever that has you doing bacnknbis and chestntris?

    Don't get me wrong, I think the hitting calves on upper day is a good idea, but I don't see anything wrong with hitting triceps after 45 mins of chest or biceps 45 mins after back.

    I'm trying to figure this out as well. Now I will say this "almost" every chest excersize does utilize your tricep as well and "almost" every back excercise utilizes your biceps. I see difference between chest and legs but you know.

    You can do calves every day. You're working then all the time when you walk. Doesn't matter if you do them after legs or after chest.
