I'd bet he could get an extra 200k out of it without an issues. Just keeping everything maintained.

She may look the part on the outside, but deep down she is flawed in too many ways to count,... and may kill you if forget to fill up her rear (diff) because she leaks often and has to go to the doctor for followups because its getting worse. I'm glad you skipped because she would have done the same thing to you... take care of the one you truly love, she may not be as hot, but she is damn purty. I would bet if you buy her a shiny new ring and dress, she'll treat you well for years to come.

No way I would trade my gen 2 for a gen 3......an even more expensive truck with an even smaller engine, and even more electronic junk that I will have to defeat!

They also have a 17 TRD Sport lifted with wheels and tires. But my ol girl still had them both beat on ground clearance and stance.

Me too... I sometimes wonder what I could get if I sold the Corvette and the Tacoma... Bimmer 6-series? A new Suburban? But every time I always end with "naaah..." I literally have the best of both worlds, and no debt. Hard to beat that.

I sold my C3 Corvette & my 1st gen Tacoma and am very happy with my current truck. Definitely had my fun in that Vette.
