    I have some 4x4 parts that will help if you are looking to do a PreRunner conversion. All off a 2.7 4 cylinder 5 speed w59.
    1. J-shift transfer case shifts smooth
    2. Front Diff with 3:58 gears
    3. Front drive shaft. SOLD
    Asking $400 for all of it. Located in Norcal Lake Tahoe, but will be driving down to Socal San Diego May 10th

    Yes. I4 transfer case is top shift, while V6 transfer case is forward shift. You can only use 4 cyl transfer cases with 4 cyls, and vice versa

    No someone actually ran into that issue today on here - as far as I know it has to be from the same engine and transmission.
