    The outer spline count is less then an add axle. That's why you have to swap full spindles to run manual hubs if you decide to switch.

    The axle is a tad thinner too.

    Had too with as many as he broke. Had oem ones at first though.

    just what I need to do what I want
    Want to replace the LBJ's on my 02 prerunner and my 03 4X4. What's the diff between 555 and OEM other than price? 555's are $65 on Lowrange's site and OEM are around $100. 555's are made in Japan with "OEM quality", but are they as good? Will spring for OEM if that much better.
    Thanks in advance for your input.

    OME lift, 265/75s, pickup shell, couple of dents.
    OEM. You replace them every 100,000 miles. The extra $70 for the pair isn't going to push you into bankruptcy.

    Got new head lamps. Autopal 200mm E-code. Appearantly E-code lamps have a better cut off. Wasn't looking to go all out but just wanted something with a better beam and cut off. Found some good reviews on these head lamps so figured I'd give them a shot.

    Damn... Are they NOS or something. I thought the E codes were discontinued because they didn't meet DOT specs. I've been looking for a set myself.

    The Ridgid ones are so expensive but seem like the right choice if that's what you're into. They even have heated lenses to avoid icing in cold weather.
