    Luckily we don't have to worry about being called in unless it's an emergency and someone calls in sick. I've never been called in to cover in my 3 years here

    I really feel sorry for salaried peeps. I know they are paid for slightly over 40 hours and make more of working wage, but I hate being at work outside my normal time slots without being compensated extra.

    I only hope when the profit sharing bonus's come out, they get a decent cut.

    I got no problem being a boot on the ground. When I clock out, my headaches are over until the next shift.

    We're salaried but get comp time. I'd rather make ot for doubles and snow emergencies. Our contract is up in July and they're trying to negotiate for us as we're the only 24/7 op in the court system here.
