@Overlanerd a stubby crow bar or wonder bar and you can tap it right out.

After you separate the TRE from spindle, and LBJ adapter from spindle of course. Don't forget the dust cover (I fuckin hate the dust cover. Like my least favorite part hate)

I bought mine at harbor freight cause they were the only ones around here who had one. Actually I bought a set of big sockets just for the 35mm.

This paint sucks. Leaked down the top and all over my hand the other night. Still have black paint under my nails.

This stuff sucks too. Shitty nozzles. Used this kind to paint my steelies gray. Runs really easy.

This is the stuff. I put that shit on everything...

Great nozzle. Doesn't run easily. Krylon- it's what all them graffiti guys use.

I thought I'd seen it all. But two uber/lyft drivers stopped side by side on a two lane street? Bring on the self driving uber cars.

The Ace Hardware by my house sells them. I use the stainless ones. Kinda hard to bend though.

What area you healing from? It might help give recommendations.

Also, I have a road bike I'm selling if you'd like to give it a whirl.

I use a 4" (I think) pvc end cap that fits perfect inside the dust cover. But gotta make sure you get the schedule 40. The first one I bought was the thin white ones and I put the hammer through it the first wack.

Oh but wait. One of them was kind enough to move forward slightly, but not enough to let cars slip through. Then the guy even has the audacity to pop it into reverse and attempt to go back to his original position.

Sorry can't help you there. I just took the old one with me and matched it up. Then bought about 10 of them to keep in my tool bag.

Not a physical injury, as of late. I was diagnosed with Kidney Disease last year and it's been an adjustment to my meds, treatment and such, Doc recommended cycling cause it's a good low impact but gets my HR up.

Also, my infantry knees and back will appreciate it more than running.

Ah you probably would be uncomfortable on my roadie then, it's got a pretty aggressive posture. Main reason I m looking to sell actually, my lower back can't take being bent double over the bars anymore.

yeah, for that scenario, a 'hybrid' aka 'city bike' might be the best bet. something with a relaxed long 'cockpit' (seat to stem), bars at or slightly above seat height, relatively fat tires to take some of the road shock away (I use 700x32's on mine).

that or a total recumbent, like a Easy Rider, but tehy get expensive.

    this is my 'hybrid'...
