    Correct. Through my daughter's friends I've known a woman who sold tons of Mary Kay and always had the pink caddy. It's a very pale pink.

    Here's a google-sourced example. Apparently Oompa-Loompas sell Mary Kay too.

    Did it have a handicapped tag? Now it could be - passenger needs the door open all the way to get in/out and they didn't want to bash doors with someone who parks next to them :notsure:

    If it has a placard then they can legally park like that, assuming they are not blocking access to a sidewalk or walkway. That is part of the purpose hashed off area next to a handicapped spot. If no handicapped spaces are available then they can legally take two spaces elsewhere in the lot. At least that's how it works here.

    Well can you blame some of these people? The only reason I have any dents on my vehicles, is assholes hitting them with their doors or when they back up.
