    I'd weld it myself but I don't trust my skills in a high stress situation like that, but I trust his skills without question. He wants to plate mine like he did to yours. I think it sounds like a pretty damn good idea.

    I'm thinking this happened due to frame twist/torque while flexed out rather than impacts. What was your impression?

    Combination of impacts and twisted up frame. Before I rerouted my exhaust, my t case skid hung below the cross member and it took some serious hits. Enough to crack the welds on the AP skid and bend the belly pan. That skid is bolted to the cross member. I'm really good at hitting rocks and jumping my truck though so who knows what the fuck. Either way, they changed the design in '09 I believe. It is a problem that several others have encountered.
