Austin Area TW Chapter (all gens welcome, even T4Rs; heck, just make it a Toyota and we're good)

Two years for the guy that did it. He was in a bad motorcycle wreck, so was out of work that long, and used the time to do a frame off. He sold it to another guy, who put it up on eBay when he mentioned to his wife that he wanted to get a boat, and she said, "Sure! As soon as you sell that Landcruiser!" I've had it for 5-6 years now, and have redone parts of the interior, as well as the usual seal replacements; the truck was finished in 2000, and has less than 6K miles on it since then. It's a garage queen, and I make no apologies for that, just a fun little rig to tool around in.

 

Nah its not that bad. I tend to make the drive more often than not. I'll ask the wife and see what she wants to do

Fuckkkk, I want a 4wd beater rig so bad. I might get wheels and tires on my truck and stop there. Then look into a 3rd gen 4r. Or maybe even a 1st gen with a soft top

 

Just buy a lil cash car Civic or something and SAS your truck brah!

 

That would cost wayyy more then a 4runner at least if i did it the way I would want to.
