    They are. The cable lock has a cover over the keyhole to keep crap out. The best part is that it uses the ignition key.

    Hardened chain (think weight rated lifting chain) will be enough to stop most bolt cutters. Cable is a bitch to cut with bolt cutters, and you can get it beg enough to defeat the open of the small cutters easily.

    Either is simple to cut with a cuttoff wheel...

    @Shmellmopwho sells custom length cables. Pair that with a Bolt pad lock. I think @HolyHandGrenade has some of his cables.
