Here is mine for my 2016 OR M/T. I haven't seen a lot of M/T setups so I didn't realize how much space that clutch fluid reservoir takes up! This is my first major electrical project so any feedback is welcome. I realize I need to do some general wire clean-up, but I was installing this thing outside for three hours and after the sun went down the temp plummeted below freezing so I just wanted to get it in an operable condition.

I used the Pelfreybilt panel as my base. I assembled as much as I could before installing the panel and it was a bit of a squeeze to get it in, but everything is installed and working so far. I had to remove the plastic cover along the side of the inner fender to get the cover for the fuse block on and off. You can see the fuse block in the upper right, and the circuit breaker on the lower right, mounted on top of the stock fuse box. Mounted underneath the panel are 6 waterproof relays which get power from the bottom bank on the fuse block (the top bank are non-relayed for small accessories).

There are two terminal strips on the left. The top strip is all the power leads from the relays, while the bottom strip is all the switch sources, which i have wired to some 18-10 sprinkler wire (18 AWG, 10 cores) that goes through a grommet into the cabin. Right now, I'm only using 6 of the wires, so I may have gone overboard getting the 18-10 instead of something a smaller, but I figured any other small power or signal wires could go through there as well. You can see the four extra wires taped up in the pictures. I haven't wired up the switches yet since I'm still trying to decide where to put all the switches and I just ordered a new drill bit since none of mine were big enough for the switches I got.

For the main power cables, I used 4AWG that I got from Home Depot, which has really thick cores that are hard to bend and work with, so I may re-do those. I'm not a fan of how the negative cable is run across everything either, but it was so stiff I just left it for now. I also have an extra relay that you can see on the bottom right that I didn't get a chance to switch over to one of the new relays.

I thought I had another picture but it turned out too blurry, but I'll get more when I have a chance.

Went with a bussmann relayed setup instead of a bluesea. I bought the bussmann prepopulated from a member on here and made my own harnesses so that it old all be removed and lamps/accessories could be swapped out with ease. Also upgraded to a group 31 battery as well while I was at it.

@Toynado did you just attach the negative cable to the ground screw on the side wall?

    A thing or two...
Has anyone setup a secondary ignition controlled fuse box in the cab for accessories?

I am still new to this. I tried to search but did not come up with a solid answer. What's the difference between going with the Bussmann vs the Bluesea set up? Is it just that the Bussman set up has the relays?

    Thanks!

Pretty much. I chose Bluesea because I wanted only what I needed and wanted to know exactly why i was doing each part of the box and wiring. I also was having problems understanding relays at first so having to buy them and research them individually helped me understand.

Anyone with this mod end up with some parasitic draw? I only have a USB terminated onto this circuit and a couple weeks later my battery started having issues cranking...

Had mine for several months and no issues. I do pop the breaker switch manually before I let it sit at the airport, etc but mainly just because I tend to have bad luck and don't want to add help...

Just got my fuse block waiting on circuit breaker . My question is does this set up eliminate the real and fus that’s on my light wiring harness or can I just plug and play with all that already installed and just move from battery to fuse block ?

It will eliminate the fuse, but not the relay unless you are replacing with your own relays.

You could just leave it in there and have two fuses (won't hurt anything), but I cut mine at the in-line fuse and wired it directly to my fuse block. The whole point for me was to clean up the mess of wires coming off my battery and eliminate having to carry multiple types and sizes of the tube style inline fuses, and just carry a variety of blade type fuses.
