I was a little suprised you didn't put the amp research steps on like Mikey did but I really like the sliders should help protect you from Armadillos also

Yeah, those ones Mike got are pretty fancy!

I like the sliders A LOT. Was very nervous about door dings ever since I took my tube steps off.

    NO MORE!!!!!!!!! :muscleflexing:

May the 4th be with you!

They look good but how do they perform?
Beam pattern and brightness comparable to OEM?

I want to so the BHLM but... yeah, kinda sketched out. Have a set of Depos in my Amazon cart but have heard not very positive results on actual usage.

That's pretty much it. Cut 2 pieces of flat bar, drill holes for attachement, bend ends, bolt into place.

1 inch aluminum bar cut to ~5 inches ( I think) x 2, drill 4 M8 x 1.25 holes, bend the ends to fit, paint, bolt on. I did it in a total of an hour with a dremel, a drill, and my apt railing...

I have some left over bar stock. PM Me, I will make you a pair for the cost of shipping...

Ha, your tow package looks to be about as rusty as mine.

I keep meaning to take the whole thing off, sand/grind the shit out of it and repaint it. But then I'm like... why?

Other than looking "clean" there's not much really motivating me to do all that work.

I still need to fab up my own little relocation dealy-bob like you did. Looks good!

I've been considering the same for a few weeks now, then a few days ago i was rear ended by a @$$hat on his cell and now my bumper and hitch are bent downwards. So no more need for resurfacing as i'll let his insurance clean it all up for me! Guess thats my positive spin on it

I keep waiting for some idiot out here in the Phoenix area to do that. Had several close calls.

    Yup! Time for some STEEL.
Go high clearance while you're at it. Maybe even a swing out. I hear OEM Toyota Tacoma bumpers are worth $2,000.00... :D
