I did change my oil yesterday. Pennzoil Platinum Plus synthetic and a Toyota filter

They look good but how do they perform?
Beam pattern and brightness comparable to OEM?

Bought a set of 5100s to level my truck. The projects never seem to end.

 

Is there a how to on this? Interested.

 

That's pretty much it. Cut 2 pieces of flat bar, drill holes for attachement, bend ends, bolt into place.

 

The key is to keep them clean and maybe even a coat of wax from time to time.

 

1 inch aluminum bar cut to ~5 inches ( I think) x 2, drill 4 M8 x 1.25 holes, bend the ends to fit, paint, bolt on. I did it in a total of an hour with a dremel, a drill, and my apt railing...

I have some left over bar stock. PM Me, I will make you a pair for the cost of shipping...

 

Ha, your tow package looks to be about as rusty as mine.

I keep meaning to take the whole thing off, sand/grind the shit out of it and repaint it. But then I'm like... why?

I've been considering the same for a few weeks now, then a few days ago i was rear ended by a @$$hat on his cell and now my bumper and hitch are bent downwards. So no more need for resurfacing as i'll let his insurance clean it all up for me! Guess thats my positive spin on it

 

Time to let someone else pay for a new more awesome bumper.
