    So how about this for timing?

    I accepted my new job offer last wednesday, put in my notice Thursday. I get called in the managers office today, and get read a corporate mumbo jumbo script.. they're eliminating my position from all stores. Effective end of the month.. crappy 4 week severance package, or get busted down to part time (no benefits, pay cut, first one to get sent home when hours get tight).

    Seriously glad I've got the new job now. God has a plan.
