Haha Ive never seen that episode before

Linux is an operating system that is 1000000000% better than windows and Mac. You wanna know what to do with your life or get into technology stop using Linux as your OS

If you want to game no but if you want to have open source fully customizable things then yes. A lot of things that you are use to like word and powerpoint is not on Linux. They are things that work just fine but its a huge learning curve. However, once you understand and get it you can do anything. If you are really looking to get into the field I would recommend doing the OpenCloud Academy in San Antonio. Its taught by Rackspace and well worth the money. Its about $3000 to do it but you would spend close to $10,000 or more doing private training. They also guarantee you and interview with Rackspace. Not a job but an interview and that most people cant even get. You also get to do a job fair where you meet other recruiters too.

Technology is definitely not for me, was just curious about the diferent OS's out there. I don't have the inclination to go into technology. Much to frustrating for me to even try and make a spreadsheet on excel.

I was that same way. I was making Pizza's before I took the leap. I started off in a call center and worked my way up the ranks and started doing Linux Admin work. Then from there the rest is history. I wish I took the leap sooner but for 26 I think I am doing pretty ok. Eventually, I wanna make it to Director or CTO level but I've got a few year ;)

Only bad managers. I own failure, but I share success. Teams win, not individuals. My teams get the 4 Ts - Tools, Training, Time, and Trust: the right tools to do the job, quality training to use those tools, the time they need to do the job, and I trust them to be adults.

Folks around here would take a bullet for me.

I wish our manager was more like you CAP! He is pretty much a coward and will tell you any bad news he can through email. And he micro manages like a douche bag whenever he has too much time on his hands lol

There is a trailer up front that does, but some people last time brought camp stove coffee makers and brewed our own. It was my first time so I can't remember names right now so hopefully they'll chime in or be tagged...
