Also just looking at the paperwork, it says to adjust height on the kings with resi, you need to remove them and do it on a bench?

    Lowest risk.
But you can adjust them on the truck as long as the suspension is full dropped out, threads lubed, and you have a couple different types of spanners/punches. Otherwise you are gonna make it one revolution and be stuck because the UCA will be in the way

More shit then I ever planned on doing
All my adjustments have been on the truck. Taking them on and off world fricken take forever. Just make sure not to loosen that the Allen screw too far so the adjuster doesn't jump threads. I also use the t handle tool it works really well.

    Yup. That works.
I actually use two punches. Same size. But one I heated up with a torch in a vice and beat it like a stepchild so it's about a 30* angle at the tip. I do all my adjustments on the rig as well.
King just said to do it on a bench to cover their ass.

Send a demand letter. Registered mail. Once you do that, the rest will fall into place when you go to collection.

Also, and even tho it costs extra, send a uniformed officer to serve them papers.
