No, but it does come with an engine that burns a quart of oil every 3k.

It's a shame they're gonna stop making that car. I really like the GS-F.

I think the OP has never enjoyed his truck. Time to sell. It seems the only advice would be around the wholesale and retail price. You can get that at kbb or nadaguides.

    Kill the thread.

Frame recall didn't seem to affect 1st and 2nd gen resale values, I don't see the leaking diff is more of a reliability issue than a truck snapping in half after a few years.

Speaking from experience, do you know how much baby "gear" you're going to need to haul around? Pack & Play, strollers, baby bags, etc. If you plan to go anywhere overnight as a family, a sedan will not fit all the stuff a baby and your family needs. But if you insist, Honda Odyssey's are awesome! It's what my wife drives and our kids are now 7 & 10. We'll keep one probably till their in college. Typically people who knock them never tried them.

I had my 95 for 12 years and literally had people calling me every 5 mins when I had it for sale. It was a southern truck all its life and frame was perfect, that's why all the snowbirds were calling from states away. Wanted to keep it and my 2012 but wife said no. Thought about trying to sell her and keep the truck.

From what I've read, Lexus has to many sedans in a market where SUV's and trucks are doing better. So Lexus IS trimming that down and the GS is reportedly not going to make the cut. The ES and IS just flat out sell better than the GS.

Drive in the right lane more.

I have my "Multi-information Display" in the center of the instrument cluster set to "Current Fuel Economy", the setting that has the blue line from left to right. It tells you your instant fuel mileage and the farther to the right you can keep it the better gas mileage you are getting.

When I was younger I had the need to pass every other vehicle on the road...Not any more.

Something must be wrong, I've up sized my tires and my 40 mile rt daily commute averages 20 mpgs for the last 14 months, one time using S5 for a week it went to 23mpg for the entire tank. I also have about 100 lbs of crap in my toolbox and sliders installed on my heavier longbed. This is my 5th tacoma truck and it's been more powerful and more fuel efficient than the previous 4, certainly better than my 1st gen with a similar toolbox and sliders. AC is always on too.

Are you quoting the truck mpgs displayed after running a bunch of short trips?
