We have a ton of cool tools at my work. I'm currently drawing parts for my bumpers that I will cutout on the plasma table.

I have a cad of the front that should be relatively close....nothing for the rear. You want it?

Here's what i have. I took these measurements after i built the bumper...so some of the measurements may be iffy. This should be a good start for a DIY project though.

Almost done with my sliders. Ran out of gas for the welder, I should finish up tomorrow then off to powder coater. I loved Relentless design but couldn't wait the 14 week lead time, especially after smashing the passenger side rocker panel couple weeks ago so I decided to make them myself, very happy with the results so far. I will post final photos after mounted.

You did a great job on the rear bumper, that will be my next step.

Not the nicest in the world but first time building something out of metal, and didn't have a pipe bender. Was bored watching Australian wheeling videos and thought "I could make that". Welds to the slider, bolts to the bumper so you can still drop it

I've seen it with a couple land cruisers. Looks great especially for your first time building something like that.

It's actually very light, comparatively speaking. Around 25 pounds I think. I had some very large "farm gate" hinges laying around that were left over project I did in Colorado, I actually built a fence for a farmer. I cut down the mounting plates and drilled new holes for the "Thule" branded track hardware to pass through. Since the tracks aren't level, they are cantered outwards, I needed a way to makes sure the bolts were strait, but the rack was flat. The hinges solved a lot of problems very quickly, and so far have held up to abuse.

That would be great if you could do that for me. Did you ever end weighing lbs your rear bumper ?
