This will only be ran for third gens as of now. This is a feeler only. If there is enough interest we will move to a batch process. I am in contact with the guy that custom makes these. Prices will be somewhere under $200 powder coated. I need someone in or near Anaheim,Ca for R&D so the guy can actually make one. If your local to there and also interested pm me. 3rd gens only currently if there is enough interest more than sure we can get another batch made. These will be direct replacements. Without the lights. Lights are separate just to clear any confusion.

Although it certainly looks cool what in the heck does it do? Benefits of such a gizmo if these were to become available for a 2nd gen.

Brighter light output, better looks, options to change lights to what you choose, change lens patterns.

@Just Dandee hey man, so the idea is this becomes a chase light. That way if you ever wheel in the desert youll be kicking up dust and as you know yellows and greens cut through fog and dust. So this is now a chase light, Im sure its also a bright backup light and depending on the aiming prolly a bed light

I'll keep that noted with the looks of it, more interest than I thought there would be might end up doing both...

Is the third brakelight a different size format on the 2nd gen?

This I have no idea on. My first Tacoma is a 2017 so I have no idea about 2nd gens. I'd assume they are close but not entirely sure. Need to find out
