In the process of getting a tonneau cover for the ferd. On all of my old trucks I went with a backflip G2, but in an effort to save a little money I am looking a a soft cover roll up (velcro). Currently leaning towards the TruXport Tonneau cover. Anyone had issues with the soft covers (other than the obvious cold weather shrinkage)? More concerned with longevity and durability.

Plus, I think that the CV setup they've got in the FJ's is every bit as strong as the Dana 30's they stuck under the front end on XJ's.

I have had a TruXedo Lo Pro QT for about 4 years and haven't had any problems with it. Need to get a new cover and velcro now but that's what the lifetime warranty is for. My friend has the TruXport and has had good luck too

Looks great Mike. Need to put those awesome BBS center caps on now!

one of my coworkers did that a few years ago at the company holiday party. Got drunk and passed out, and at some point he woke up and peed on his floor, then stepped in it the next morning. Then ironed his sock dry and put it back on to catch the plane back to Maine. :der:

Always wondered what the next person to use that iron thought...

Thanks! One of them has the clear coat flaking off. I need a warm day to respray it and I'll be good to go.

I'm so excited with how the car turned out. I say that I'm done, I'm likely not, but all that is left on my agenda is black housed corner lights. That being said, I could see myself eventually getting a front splitter, new shift knob, and it begins again...but this is my last big mod.

Alcohol induced, or did he have a stripper in the room?

They're black, not white, but I had those wheels (basically) in 15x8 on my 93.
