Hey man, I'm actually in the Raleigh area! That is a really good deal, the '14 is actually located in Dunn. My budget is right around $22k and I'm trying to find an '11 and newer but it's been almost impossible.

I agree on the mileage and was hoping to get some insight on anything to watch out for. I wish I was able to have a larger search radius but I'm just not able to.

Just for some price by region data, I bought an 09 DC TRD Sport with 94k for 14,600 in Hickory, NC. Its the one in my profile pic.

Well,I can't see any info on what to check, which I think is what you were after , in your 1st post . Here are a few things to check.
CV boots Look for bands on both ends of the boots. Check closely for cracks , rips, deterioration. Look for grease leaking out.
Check the bolts that hold the bed to the frame, see if there is a gap between the bottom of the bolt head and the top of the bed. Normal wear should be less than 1/8".
Check how the tires are worn, should be even wear, not more wear in the middle or outside= run at the wrong pressure. Worn on inside or outside= suspension or alignment problem.
Check engine, tranny, transfer case, and differential for traces of an oil leak. Fresh pressure wash should raise your eyebrow .
Jerk each wheel side to side and up and down, checking for play or noise.
Check all electronics and options ( pw,pl,pm,etc) for problems.
If trailer pkg., check for tranny cooler, make sure the trailer plug is in good shape.
Check tailgate, not bowed in middle, equal small gap between bed sides and tailgate.
After checking audio,do test drive with no audio or fan, listen closely, take down a bumpy road.
Check all three modes for 4 wheel drive (2 hi, 4 hi, 4 lo ) listen for noise and vibration.

Make a check list for every thing you want to check, use this for negotiations on price.
If the dealer can't document maintenance, your looking at a heavy grand,in catch up maintenance = more negotiations, either for price or service, if you trust the dealer.
I'm done, what did I miss ,guys?

    2007 TRD Sport Access Cab

For a double cab with under 100k, that's about $2k cheaper than what they're going for down here (assuming nice condition). I paid $15,500 for my '07 TRD Sport access cab with 99k miles, and that was after haggling with the dealer over $500 (they wanted $16k).

Local dealer here has this '11 TRD Sport DC w/ 107k miles listed for $20k...

I say look for an older 2nd Gen, why are you dead set on '11 or newer?
