JHooks and pole steps are two different things. The steps are prolly 7 inches longer than the jhooks.

 

I heard about guys climbing them with a strap and boot spikes, but never actually saw anyone do it.

If you're referring to El Jardin (I googled Mexican restaurant in Allendale), they're fake Mexican.

Tiki Taco here in Charleston, one in Goose Creek as well. Close as I have ever seen outside of Mexico to the real deal.

There was an earthquake in Edgefield last year. There was a pretty loud boom like what people call a transformer explosion, then a quick, sharp kind of jarring that rattled the windows. It was different than the tremors like you would feel out west.

Idk if I've ever had authentic Mexican.. but Super Taco in Clemson is pretty delicious. Not your usual TexMex place. Their chile verde pork is one of my faves.
