Ok guys so big plans are coming
I am thinking about reverting my truck to stock form
    selling the aftermarket stuff
with that profit by an older 4runner as my camping expo rig
then sell the tacoma for a reliable efficient dd

basically i would need (as cheap as possible if not free.99)
new front fenders (passenger side cuz snorkel driver side cause rock rash/kneebump)
stock bumpers front (white) and rear (chrome or black or white)
stock wheels with cheep tires (probably stay with 33s)
im gonna leave the suspension cause lazy

    id be selling
    wheels tires
    front bumper
    rear bumper/swing out
    snorkel
    tent (maybe)
    bunch of random accessories

basically I'm bringing it up to you guys for a couple reasons
1: if you guys could keep an eye out for any of those things that would be great
2:if you want to claim anything from the truck before its officially for sale let me know
3:still not completely sure if this is the route i want to go but it seems that way I would get the most return since I'm not in a hurry

You know we already talked about the fender and snorkel thing. If I can find a white fender I will let you know. Then get the fender and snorkel off of you haha

Hey Chris, you get on FB and get the 4runner member section. I get pinged a lot when people are selling the gen3s.
Some I have seen have been low miles and a clean slate to work from.

    Just a suggestion.

Why sell the tent if you're building a camping/expo rig, also the wheels and tires. Why not just keep them, you are going to put wheels and tires on the 4Runner anyway. Seems counter productive to me.

Yeah, that was fucking stupid, and who continually crosses a muddy flat in the same exact location. The problem was not the cameraman, as the driver proclaimed. It was the driver's poor judgment. And they way they were whipping around those top-heavy pigs in the mud flat, they're lucky one didn't end up on it's side in deep mud.

I was also waiting for the grass to catch fire from the exhaust pipe.

For sure! Here's the notes for someone who didn't see the video.

Guy 1: Hey mate, is that the tide coming in?

    Guy 2: Sure is!

Guy 1: Hold my beer mate, watch this...

    Drives though mud

    Guy 3: I wasn't rolling the camera.

Guy 1: Fuck me mate how am I suppose to tube this. I'll do I it again!

    Gets stuck in tidal zone.

Guy 2: I got you buddy.

No brakes tries to winch in mud.

Guy 2: Fuck. Camera guy hold my beer!

Rolls over. Winches back on four wheels then yanks buddy out right as the tide rolls in.

Guy 1: Did you see that? That was scary.

Darwin looks a bind eye once again in the sake of Overlanding.

the reason for the tent is because I'm not sure if I want to continue the RTT lifestyle it depends on what vehicle I get but the wheels and tires because with white wheels they don't really 'match' many colors
its also with the way I'm doing it basically I'm selling aftermarket stuff solely to fund the new camping rig so if i sell that stuff then ill have more to work with to have a better start
And then i will sell the tacoma to fund what will eventually be my daily driver

    Same.

Bummed you're going to ditch the truck so soon after getting that new suspension but looking forward to the new rig. T4RFTMFW
