    :pccoffee:Gawd I love hate this place.:stirthepot: The wealth of knowledge around here can be great and the drain on my bank account is definitely great. Time to run around and give more of my paycheck away. :kona: Be safe all.

    Trust me, I know. I have had to stop myself short of regearing and lockers...about a $3000 investment

    Back from the races / wine tasting/ tequila & rum tasting and picnic. It started raining aout 10 minutes in but my girl finished and she ran the whole way never walked. I was so proud she looked like a wet puppy but she finished! The only pics I got with my phone were pre race and God bless them the park even had the stars and bars flying next to our southern cross in a public place!

    Not sure if I want or need a regear but would love to be able to afford lockers front and rear

    Yeah I see what some of the local guys do. Nuts. I'm too old for that but would be fun if I wasn't such a wimp. I'm in to parts and stuff about $600 and haven't done canopy, sliders, not even going towards a lift. Can't figure which way/manufacturer to go with. My personality doesn't allow me to go cheap or wrong.

    :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:

    In the 60's today and low at night 40. Supposed to be like this for the next week with rain on Tuesday. Good time to do all that outdoor work. Have a dead elm that is across the ravine about 100' tall that is leaning toward the house and have a tree cutter out there climbing up the oak next to it to top it now. He has taken down a few other trees already that are hard to get at. I cut most of them myself but proud that I have reached the point that I will pay an expert to do what I am not sure about. That only took half a century LOL.

    Man I really hope things turn out OK for your wife, and that it NEVER comes back. Yeah I forgot all about the port thing, gesh some things the mind just wants to block. He started at stage 4B cancer at age 24, he is 26 now. Your right they are concerned that whenever it comes back it is again stage 4, but it may not be in his case still waiting for more tests. Up and down, you know that routine I'm afraid.

    His mother left us about 7 years ago to "go find herself". She has had very little involvement with him through this I am one that takes him to all his appointments, chemo treatment and sits in the hospital room with him. On a good note work is great about letting me work from his room or where ever I am at. No complaints from me on that, blessed more than most people in that regard I think.

    Oh and yes blue G2 is his favorite!!! And yes to chocolate ice cream and mac and cheese :thumbsup:

    I figured You knew about the G2, ice-cream, and noodles, but figured id mention them just in case.
    One thing I figured out with my wife, which you probably also know, is I would splurge on a really nice dinner out on the day she had Chemo, since thats the last day she can taste anything for a couple weeks. Im unsure as to your sons schedule for chemo, but I hope he has a few days in-between where he feels better.
