oops!! i screwed up

Hey guys,
So i was tired of my blinkers being down on the lower bumper so i rewired them to be in my corner light instead. now my blinker (whenever is on) blinks likes when a light is out, but both front and rear lights are flashing.
any way to fix that?

 

sounds like there might be some wires touching or maybe it isn't grounded correctly...trace the wires to make sure there good and secured and not rubbing on each other

 

Flasher relays are sensitive to the load and flash faster when the load drops. That normally tells you that a bulb is out.

If you can match the wattage of the original turn signal bulbs, you will probably resume normal flashing.

 

See if you can get the Amp draw on the bulb in the corner lights.. a flasher is just a cycling circuit breaker. Too many amps for what the break is rated and it will go bezerk.
But, It could be a gound too.
