The surest fix for laminate flooring is a large scraper bar, a 12'x12' fire safe space in your backyard and a bottle of lighter fluid. Rather lay good 'ok fashioned nail down wood floors any day. Even with the prep work of levelquik and satin AC to get them right it beats the frustration of intricate fragile engineered flooring.

I feel that particular dealership is different than most. Although the GM just retired so we will see if it stays the same or gets a different feel to it.

Having worked at a dealership for a couple of years myself, I do feel like they blow very little smoke or sunshine. Will likely be back to get a Tundra from them in a couple of years, assuming Toyota ever decides to innovate in the power plant deptartment again.

Signed the paperwork and paid the money today, they're going to deliver it to DUB on Monday. Didn't really want to leave my truck with enough tools and gear in it, such that they double its value sitting there with the good old gorilla tape topper window.

Yes. Now to read up on the specifics of a center locker mated with a rear locker. I'm sure there are people on TW that have done it.

2003, full time 4hi, selectable 4 lo. Center diff lock. Curious if it will mate with an ARB locker on the rear.

My understanding is that the center diff lock with atrac works a lot likes rear locker, but not exactly like a rear locker, i.e. 3 wheels spinning.

    oh.

yes you can put an ARB in the back. Its just the 8.4'' rear diff just like a tacoma pretty sure.

Isn't it multi mode? so it's AWD full time. Then 4wd then 4wd lo..

Atrac is NOT a locker haha

no the center diff lock just makes it true 4wd vs AWD. in AWD mode the transfer case slips just like an open diff. This is why you can drive on asphalt no problem. Lock the center diff, 50/50 power split all the time. Which causes binding on asphalt.

The v8's are full time 4wd, center diff keeps from burning up the transfer case, same setup as the landcruisers, 4hi, 4lo or either one center locked.
