    OK. 3 Blichman burners.
I wonder about heat on that wood, but it is way below.
Now a boilover will be interesting.

3 burners. So Dedicated Mash, Hot Liquor and Brew kettle?

I've been brewing with one of those burners sitting directly on an old wood table for years with no disasters. I'm confident I won't burn the place down...well at least I hope I don't.

All direct fired hot liquor tank, MLT, and boil kettle. I almost went with a HERMS setup but ended up with the 3 burners.

What'd ya bake? I just made a cup of coffee cuz I'm exhausted and it's a bit rainy and gloomy out. I don't think I have any stouts in the fridge, but I think I might dig in to my closet cellar and take one out and drink it as is. Just need to decide what to drink though... I was thinking I was gonna grab an east coast IPA, but I'm just not feeling it in this current weather situation.

    Weird. Must be the angle.

I use no rinse bar clean but I still rinse generally with tap water before I use it.

Hmm maybe I'll pour another to get a better shot.

Ya... I'm not sure what to do... I remembered I have a Sunday Morning Stout in the fridge, but it's not morning so I wouldn't feel right drinking it
