Eh, about when it starts looking like this. So basically every time it rains. Or every few weeks. At least once a month. That's what living on a gravel/sand/dirt/mud road does for you!

I wash my black Princess once a week whether she needs it or not. I dry her with a Chinchilla buffing cloth and Duragloss Aquawax. She shines like a mirror in the sun. Shiniest vehicle in the projects!

6 times in 9 months... I live in Cali. Lots of rain the first 4 months of it's life. @smitty99 wouldn't believe it because I'm told I have OCD.:mudding:

Mine gets grass thrown on it every week from the mowing service here at the projects. I can do one of 2 things. I can sit at my window and wait for them to leave then go wash and dry my truck or I can go get in it and take a drive for 45 minutes until they are done. I'm kind of partial to going to Dairy Queen for some ice cream while I'm out. :)

Dairy Queen @ 8am meh.... I solved it. Parked my wife's Honda in my driveway and the yard guy shot grass clippings at her truck.... I didn't see him do it as I was watching my truck... again... but had a gut feeling so ran out in my pajamas and low and behold... grass clippings on my wife's Honda.
So went up to the yard guy... ask him nicely to not shoot clippings on my truck. He looks at me like "no habla English"

So I wave him over to my wife's truck and he says "Oh ok understand now, no problems".

I just wash mine every time I use it. Every time I wash I use other microfiber towels for other various things, so it's no trouble to do a quick load. Do you use special detergent? I use the CG microfiber detergent and it actually makes a difference.
