OK Here goes the story of Jambo17.

Packed and left to caravan with some friends.



We drove to Gilmer, fueled up, got some ice, and made out way to the park.

Met some random new people.

Set up camp

Rounded up the Gang

Worked on some rigs

Made new friends, put them to work too @TRD493

 

DRIVER'S MEETING

Finally, some dirt



Some of us had too much dirt, but at least it looks fun.

 

That night, a random campfire erupted...

...and @NEWBIETACO kicked back in the firelight.


----HOWEVER----
Displeased with the cosmetic styling of @TheStache, @NEWBIETACO used @Jichoe 's inverter in the 4Runner to randomly put on a hairdressing clinic in the middle of the road, in the middle of the night...

 

The next day, we roamed the vendor grounds in search of ideas, goods, food, etc.

We played a little bit

And @Jamart5 finally made it with his Van.

 

We dropped the kids off with @Jamart5 at the Babysitting van and headed out for more trails, saw some sweet rigs




And did some mean leans @TexanTacoma

 

We made a few bad decisions


Took some obligatory selfies


And then met up with the family for some more traditional camping...




And then both me, and my 4Runner got a much needed bath.

 

@SuperBad I know you did the OME w/ Dakar leafs, but here's my questions.

1. What springs did you use up front?
2. How many leafs in the Dakar pack did you end up using?
3. Did you go 90021 (softer) or 90000 (firmer) shocks?
4. You have the SSO Hybrid bumper, but did you also add a winch? If so, what model.
