    I have a Segway and I use it 6 days a week exclusively. I built my house with ramps so I can get around on it and I reserve walking for Sunday. Sunday is calf day.

    Gawd I can't wait until my shoulder is fully recovered so I can workout my upper body as hard as I want to!

    Still can do legs and cardio though

    Anyone else recovering from an injury or recall how frustrated they felt as they were anticipating a full recovery?

    I know it can always be worse and I'm grateful it's not.

    Always frustrating trying to come from a injury or surgery... Just gotta do it tho when your able.. It sucks, but the sooner you get that out of your head, the better.
    But definitely be smart about your recovery, don't want to be set back even more do to eagerness.

    Mine was more going from benching 315 to barely able lifting the bar after my shoulder surgery. Less than 6 months after surgery though I was lifting close to normal and my dead was back up and even over my original max then I busted my back lol

    Yep, injured lateral delt several months ago. Took a couple weeks before I could go 100%. It was pretty frustrating, but I knew if I pushed it too early, I would re-injure it. Hang in there brah.

    Actually I was doing deads and went too heavy without a belt (I knew better) pulled the weight got it, pulled it again. Felt a snap and then a crunch. Slowly lowered the weight down limped to the locker room and just sat there with my head in my hands knowing damn well I had done goofed. Two mris and an X-ray later confirmed I goofed so now I'm working on light weight and form. I pulled 405 for the first time since the other night and it felt heavy as fuck but it went up quick so I think I'm well on my way back to 525. My goal was 600 by end of year but I don't think I'm gonna try

    My max on everything has already gone down 50 lbs. I feel it. But that's mainly because I haven't eaten much in the last few days, what little I have eaten has been shit, and haven't lifted since Monday.

    I did a "soft launch" last week for my cut diet. I called it a soft launch bc I changed my calories down from 4200 to 3000 but I had a lot of events going on through the week so I had more cheat days than not. Today the soft launch is over and I'm in it until June 7th for realz.
