Looks good. You should add some spacers to get a little more height :spy:

I've been getting an irritating shake in my steering wheel ever since the last wheeling trip. I also noticed a slight "clunk" when hitting big bumps at speed. I tried just changing my outer tie rods first but the shake was still there. So, I ordered some inner tie rods and it got a lot better. Funny thing is, the inner tie rods were a little loose but still had no play. I guess that tiny bit of looseness amplifies any shakes from my tires.

After replacing my inner and outer tie rods I needed to set the toe alignment again. Since it was just toe, I didn't want to pay for a full alignment at a shop so I did it like this. It may not be as accurate as the lasers at the alignment shop, but good enough for me. It's set at about 1/8" toe in now. I got the procedure from jberry's "alignment at home" thread, except I marked the tire with chalk.

Yeah, clunk is gone. Must have been the inner tie rods.

Safety check soon? I see pro comps back on. I'm getting ready for inspection next month. Took the wheel spacers off already, just need to find my mud flaps.

No, I had to take the iroks off to try and get them balanced. After the last wheeling trip several of the tires were out of balance. I don't know why. I'm having the beads taken out and having them balanced with wheel weights.

I highly recommend the road force balance. I tried Goodyear a couple times and still had issues. Then I did the road force balance and it's perfect:cool:

Hawaiian tire and Auto in Aiea. $50 per tire. I just did the fronts, but I haven't rotated since then. My truck tracks straight and solid.

Or you can drive to Goodyear 3 separate times to get them rebalanced over and over and never be happy;). I'm just saying... This was one of those things that was worth the money...

I got my tires from discount last year and haven't had to rebalance once yet. Just luck I guess

Sometimes the larger tires are more a PITA to balance. Hence some of the guys run beads in them. Hit and miss. Goodyear couldn't get it as tight and I had some shaking and a slight pull that wouldn't go away until I did the road force balance. I guess everyone has different outcomes with various methods and I was going crazy with the balance issue until I tried the force balance method. I'm like you and everyone else. I hate spending money on what seems to be trivial shit... Lol

My guess for the high cost is that they might have to break the bead/dismount to rotate the tire on the wheel, vs having just a normal wheel weight balance.
