    Snow mostly melted by 2. So I got about half a day of work in.

    Hoops are done except for full welding to the frame, upper shock mount, and gussets.
    Broke down the leaf pack and cycled and checked clearances. With my bypasses tubes clocked to they are opposite the resi fitting, I'll have almost an inch of clearance at full flex.
    Metal to metal I cycled 14.25" of total travel. I'll be strapping it at 12.75-13". Won't know for sure until I cycle again with shocks mounts tacted. And ballpark math depending on what I set final shock angle at.
    And of course, pix for the naysayers and trolls.

    Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
    Over 14" of travel with stock length leafs? Even strapped at 13 that's very nice. Those leafs are pricey but you consistently make good points for them over a Chevy 63 swap. I didn't know you could get those travel numbers from them!

    Safety third!

    Wasn't worried if it slipped. Truck is on 12 ton stands at the frame and the wheels have 3 lugs each. Even if it slipped, it would just tire bounce a bit.

    It's not exact since the axle will radius backwards a bit on compression. But I forgot to measure how much when I cycled earlier. I was just looking for a ballpark angle to start with at droop to take full advantage of the travel numbers.

    SOH-CAH-TOA to find opposite and adjacent lengths at full droop with 15* angle from vertical

    Pythagorean Theorem to find opposite length at bump (but again, the adjacent length needs to be adjusted for the lateral delta due to previously mentioned axle swing radius).
