Bad neighbors?

Worst part is, that got a patch package with $60 bucks worth of patches in it.

True that man, another sad story about Hampton roads. I later lived with a girlfriend who lived in Portsmouth. That place is suspect at best, but her street was on the cusp of the good part. Turns out the second I got a new job that required me to drive out to the beach all the time, my packages started getting taken. This was enough that I think I had maybe 12 packages in a month go missing. I filed a report, turns out the postal guy was busted with over 8,000 worth in lost packages. This was during the Christmas time frame. They got evidence on him that he had been doing this shit for over 10 years worth. Dude is serving I think 20 years atleast now with the amount of stuff they caught him on. So don't rule that shit out!

Same Marine neighbor had a drunk kick his front door in one night. Drunk thought he was at his buddy's house 2 blocks down. Neighbor met him in the kitchen with his 9mm. Kid pissed himself right on their kitchen floor then fell down in it in fear.

 

I've got some friends with a big parking issue in a cul-de-sac. (or however you spell that) Their neighbors ended up painting lines on the public "roads/street" just to settle it. Granted 5 girls lived in that house and there were always people coming and going, but not blocking their driveway or anything.

 

Fuck that. Time to take things into your own hands after the patches. I thought they were just trying to steal you identity... now they've gone too far. I'm coming with my Mossberg

 

If it was public roads that you are designating as private, isn't that like illegal or something? How did that turn out?

 

Hopefully you had a beer with that guy, outside of the marines I bet that dude had some legit neighborhood war stories.

Probably illegal in some capacity, they were just trying to designate their personal "parking area" in front of their house. After much debate they just decided to let it be, pick your fights. They had other parking, so it wasn't like this forced them to park blocks away. Just annoying confrontational people.

 

It's not directly in front of them no, it's about one or two car lengths away from their driveway

 

Maybe I need more excitement in my life, but I enjoy showing assholes like that that they don't run the world or the neighborhood. In essence Im just like them in being proactive, except I stand for the common man and their right to park wherever they legally can. If anything, it brings these individuals back down to earth that they arnt the only ones willing to get in someone's shit.

 

Sounds like fair game to anyone man if there are no rules on space allocation.

 

I friends grandma used to get passed when people parked in front of her house. She lived in a culdesac. Was dumb. People need to recognize that it's a public road.

Kinda like some people tend to do at church, sit in their "spot" over and over again until they start to feel they own it! Then you sit there and they walk by giving you ugly looks!
