3rd gen here...When I had my 4" spindle lift I fit 285/70/17 with no issues. I had barely enough spindle clearance just because I was still using the stock tss wheels (note: don't reuse the dust pan/shield). If you are keeping the stock wheel then I'd get .75" wheel spacers for front and 1.25" or 1.5" for the rear to make front/back even. (Note: spindles kick out front wheels .75").

I now have 20x10 wheels with a -12 offset and 1.25" spacers in the rear only and they stick out even with the front.

I had the spindles, 5100's front w/stock coils @ 0, extended length rear shocks, and Dakar pack. Truck sat leveled. I will post a pic in a bit. Now I went up to 6.5" lift. I love it.

thats a good question for Leo4x2 he did a dakar pack in the back for about 2.5" lift i believe
im basically doin a copy cat of his before he jumped up in tire size and minus the dakar leaf pack, ill be going with the spindles, 2.5 spacer billys all around and a 3" block paired with a 2" aal see how it feels before i dive in for the leaf pack

That is one nice ride! I can't wait to get the 285. Hopping my wife won't notice. You said you went up to 6.5 any pics?

Oh and how's the ride with the dakar sets and which one did you go with? I have been reading that's it's a rough ride if I don't haul, is this true?

So Bilsteins front and back or an extended length rear shocks for the back? and which extended length rear shocks?

Sorry for all the questions, Every time someone comments I get more confused. haha.

    Thanks!

Haha it's all good man I just passed another BBP trd on a 4-6" I believe and some ko2s lol looked good. But I actually got a full 3" out of the leaf pack believe it or not when I had just the 4inch lift lol I found my stock measurements and re-measured and I gained a total of 5inches (now with my 6.5" lift) in the rear with 2" blocks. With the spindles and the leaf pack only I was dead leveled. Now I have a sliiiight lean but can't even tell lol.

Damn! I can't wait to see what your truck looks like after it's all said and done! :D

Dude, your truck is GOALS. I have the exact truck, SR5 4x2 and I want to do everything you did. I just plastidipped my badges but I just need to plastidip that SR5 grill, my bumper, then do the spindles.

The spindles are PERFECT for people like us who have a 4x2 because it's all within spec of OEM so you don't need to cut any cross members like you do with a 4x4 when wanting a 4-6" lift. It's way better than a body lift.

Your truck is SEXY man. That is what I want mine to look like. It's an ideal replica!

Do you mind PMing me all of your parts list; like brand, model name, and what configuration, etc.? I want to gather everything I would need so I know how much to save up for! Or you can post it on here if you're comfortable!

Spindles, Billy's, Spacers, Tires, Rims, the whole bill of materials! Thanks in advanced!

Picked up some 285/75/17 (34's) and got rid of my 33s with this lift. They almost fit, but they do rub. The rubbing is not very bad, and to those who have more preload then stock its likely that you rub even less.
