I had a German Shepard named Mack when I was a boy, he had one ear that flopped, after Jumping up to the ceiling fan getting a toy off a blade when he was a puppy, he landed wrong and fell hitting his head on the table..:(

He looks like a over weight lab mix with many chanecks. Poor guy, probably can't breath.

Is "Lion Chow" a mix breed now? Or were you just making that up bc how he looks?

I haven't had a dog in years.. After I lost my last dog, a Doberman (held her in my arms when she passed).. It took the desire to have another dog right out of me bc it was such a hard loss.. I've thought many times, having more than one (and of different ages) might just be a better way, bc of what you're saying.. Sounds like it helps.

After scanning the thread and seeing some of you that have recently lost dogs. Reminds me why I don't have one now. Sad, sorry for everybody's loss's.

Hey man! I just saw your post in "What have you done to your 2nd Gen today?". That bit of water looked awfully familiar. We should get together for a little wheeling sometime soon. I've got a few friends who are always down for a trip.

So far, so good. Making a vet appointment today to get him checked out. He's not neutered. I'm considering letting him stay that way.

He's jumping around like a puppy should, playing with Jelly (3-yo female) and annoying Jake (6-yo male). Jake is pretty tolerant, but straightens him out whenever he's too rambunctious. He's pretty mellow most of the time. He's been eating like there's no tomorrow, and keeping it down. His stools are finally normal. No visible evidence of blood or worms, or foreign objects. Hasn't had any accidents in the house yet. He slept through the night in his extra-large wire crate, with a couple of chew toys to keep him occupied.

We're all working on setting rules and boundaries for him after he managed to make his way up onto the dining room table when no one was looking. Pretty agile little dude.

You can kinda see here how skinny he is.
