I've been trying to figure out who I saw coming down 77 into CLT around 0550 yesterday morning. Just stumbled onto a picture of @JimboAnz 's truck, and that's the one!

85-485....I passed 2-2nd gens today. 485 inner around between Rocky River Rd and University. DBCB MGM lifted, steps and blue halos on headlights and fogs. Looked like I was passing a mirror. Around 5pm.

2nd was on 85 north, 5pmish, spruce green, lifted with black wheels

    Anyone who's on here?

Need a recommendation to a 'friendly' inspection shop. It's just tint... I really want to keep it.

EDIT: PM names, do not post!!

Figured I would jump in this thread and say Hi. Just bought an 09 dblc to replace my beloved Dodge Ram, mostly for fuel milage as I now drive to Mooresville and Statesville everyday. Figured it would be nice to meet some local Taco owners. Still learning the truck and in the beginning stages of an audio build. It has the JBL system but I need improvement.

Anyways, about myself.....47, almost 48. Been into trucks most of my life. Doing the sound deadening portion of the audio build now and hope to have it installed by Memorial Day. Little long winded I am sure but thats an off the cuff introduction.

    So far.....

JVC KV620 BT double din in the dash

Infinity Reference 6320s up front (I am old school audio and loved these back then, new old stock off ebay)

Infinity Reference 2 way for rear door fillers

2 Pioneer 10 inch shallow mount in Mr Marv box for the rear

Pioneer sub amp and 4 channel to control it all.

Maestro kit to hopefully keep all the steering wheel controls.

Wife found a WalMart clearance sale on electronics a cpl weeks ago, so I jumped on it. The head unit was only 260 and the cheapest I found it anywhere else was 420(so thats a plus.) Amps and subs were also about 50% off. Didnt want to statrt a build this early but at those prices it was a no-brainer.

My first time doing a complete install, have done everything stand alone at some point in time. For all the electronics I have less than 600 invested. With sub enclosure and accessories I should be in it for around 1000, not too bad from my point of view.

Should have tackled the suspension part first, its in dire need of help but as I said earlier, at those prices for the clearance sale, I couldnt afford to NOT do the audio.
