Also.... I don't think I posted this in here, but this was a fun day. Parked the plane next to a B-17 and hung out with the crew all day.

    Cool shots... Nice truck.

You ever had a chance to fly a P51 Mustang by chance?

Be careful with that Meguairs Endurance gel line... Make sure you let it dry really good. BC if it slings up on your paint and you don't get it off soon enough, it's pretty much there to stay... I had it happen years ago.. Would NOT come off.

Thanks for the heads up. I haven't used Endurance in a while though. Pretty much only
Use AmmoNYC tire mud, when I actually apply something to the tire.

Yeah man, That stuff left spots that never came off.. I tried everything, and I'm pretty familiar with auto body/paint etc.. Whatever they use in it, really sinks in.

That's interesting. Glad I never had that problem! I'll make sure to tell my dad because he uses that's stuff.

i hope you still have your old tailgate handle I had the pop and lock and it snapped. or if you want to avoid the snap push against the tailgate and then lift the handle. I just got the OEM handle again and pop and lock actuator that locks when I lock my truck

Fortunately I read enough reviews to warn against throwing away my OEM handle. My pop n lock has actually worked pretty well over the last year. I have been careful with it and I am never too aggressive when I open it so I think it should last a little while.

yeah my dealer that installed the pop n lock didn't give me the OEM one back. didn't think twice about until it snapped after 3 years. but yeah if it ever does get fucked, get the actuator that locks it from the alarm.
