    Definitely worth it.

    Had my physical one year and the doc said "easiest thing in life is being fit when you're young. It's just having fun, bike riding, swimming, sports" etc...

    But when you get older IT'S WORK...HARD WORK IN FACT.

    And at what age did you first get that? And repeated how often? Again, not nearly as young or as often as women are subjected to the speculum.
