I'd just be leery about buying tires from Amazon. They're most likely not an "authorized retailer" so if there are any manufacturer defects, they won't warranty them and you're SOL. Here's the same tire for $130 with free shipping.

Perfectly stated, as most sellers of auto parts are not AUTHORIZED SELLERS on Amazon.

Interesting note on the Authorized Seller bit....my invoice says sold by "Amazon.com LLC" not a 3rd party. What you're saying is that if Amazon buys them from wholesaler, so then Amazon is the holder of the warranty. And Amazon can't transfer it to me per Cooper's warranty standards because Amazon is the original purchaser, not me?

On the flip side, the manufacturer warranty PDF is posted on the Amazon product page. I also don't see anything about Authorized Seller in the warranty info on Cooper's website. The only thing they talk about is proof of purchase.

At the very least, if I did have a problem, I could always go back to Amazon, which in my experience has great customer service.

EDIT: I also found this in Amazon's return policy on automotive parts:
    Automotive Items
If you have purchased an automotive item shipped from and sold by Amazon.com that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty, Amazon will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

Good to know! So as long as it's sold and shipped by Amazon, we're good to go.

Yeah. Don't let that scare you away though. I had SL (standard load) rated AT tires on my truck for a bit. Even aired down and went off roading quite a few times and never had issues.
