All the Removal pics are on the first two pages. Everything after is just people's progress on their projects. So I'll make sure to post all the necessary pictures on the 1st post so that you don't have to scroll through 2 pages :devil:

OK, I couldn't figure out how to move my write up post to the first page so I just copied the link for that post and tagged it in the initial post. hopefully that will be less confusing for browsers. Also included the link to @fuegoador write up on how to remove HVAC panel

Not really, but i didnt want to bugger anything up so i just kept removing trim till i was comfortable to install my peice.
You could get away with loosening glovebox, and panel below. Removing centre console/shifter trim and the peice under the steering wheel. Which i broke a clip on and am very upset about. I also could not get the glovebox completley out for the life of me. I think there were 2 hidden nuts up and behind.

Like i said, i will post with more info later i could even create a trim removal pdf with all the fsm pages for trim removal.

It took me longer to sift through 12000 pages than it did to remove the trim.
The fsm has no table of contents or anything.

@Broccoli, thanks for post this. I just received my switch panel and will start the install next week. If there are any more tips, pictures or updates you can supply, it would be much appreciated!
I have already had to remove the center console, so I have that part of it covered.
