Had a great time road tripping from LA up to Aptos then Sonoma and Bodega bay this last weekend. Had to of course stop in at Russian River Brewery and pick up some fresh Pliny the Elder and a patch. Incredible area, and saw a lot of tacos. Heres a few that stood out.

Haha, my story sounds exactly the same. This truck doesn't qualify. Engaged when I bought it. Cherry intact.

I get that. My wife isn't into smoking meat either. I find myself having to carve out some time to smoke my own meat. Sometimes she'll help out but you can tell she isn't into it.

I'm not going to lie though. I love the process of smoking some great meat. Rubbing it down, cooking it slow... why let others interfered?

The satisfaction of a meat well smoked is like nothing else. In the end I'm happy and that's what matters.
