There's a red LS swapped Miata that's been at a few Cars and Coffee events in the area. That's definitely a ballistic swap! I worked with a guy who had an LS1 S2000, and that thing was a total beast. Miatas offer so many swap options; F22's, 2JZ's, K24's, Ford 5.0s,.. If the stock engine is pretty solid, you could probably add a mild turbo kit or s/c and be extremely happy with the added power and not upset the balance. One thing about those light weight roadsters is adding huge gobs of power can sometimes make them a real handful in the curves.

Cant make it. I feel like I am about to collapse. Been a looooooong week. There were at least a half dozen showings on Friday (probably closer to 10), one offer came in Friday evening. We had an additional 10-12 showings on Saturday, not sure how many offers came in Saturday, at least one that I know of. Sunday was open house and the realtor told me she had at least 70 people walk through. We ended up with 6 offers and went over them Sunday evening and took the best offer for us. Someone is really happy they won the war, and we are happy for them. Closing will be in mid June. Now if I can get my other place back and start prepping it to move in...

That's exactly how I got the wife to agree to let me get my demello single hoop. Preventative maintenance since I drive the parkway every day and see dead deer all the time :)

I need to put my bumper on, for that exact reason, and among others.

The colder weather must have brought them put this morning because I saw 10-15 on the way to work.

yea.. the plan is to get it up and driving around (reliably) for the next few years... then maybe sell it, trade it, or build it into a racekor!

did you end up getting your AAL and the rear all done??? I'm curious to see it!

hell. yes. time to wrap it up at home in Verizon Center!!! I was definitely shouting at the TV all last night! haha

that's awesome man! I figured you guys would get into a bidding war! I'm really glad to hear it.... on to better things!

I haven't touched the rear yet. I don't have the tools. Waiting for someone to be free.
