Cool thanks. $15 extra per wheel isn't terrible I suppose to get them now rather than waiting. I've emailed their parts department to check availability, and if they'll ship.
I'm looking to pick up a set in Gunmetal as well.

The gear shop says they take pre-orders but it's 320.00 per rim.

That's rediculous. @SCSPerformance shouldn't even sell to them if they're marking it up that much.

Free market. They're priced what they feel they're worth. Guarantee you someone in this thread is willing to pay half again more just to get them without all the BS of this again in a few months.

That means Vin himself can just jack up the price until most of the demand is met. then he can profit a lot more instead of letting all these other guys profit huge amounts off his product.

Out of curiousity, did the other wheels have this much demand in the beginning or has the Ray10s just been unusually popular? The others atleast have some sort of stock. The Ray10s are out across the board.

The Stealth 6 model was pretty hard to come by a couple years ago after their introduction. I got lucky and caught the last set of a shipment back then when demand was crazy.

That's what Im sort of thinking...worst case maybe another year of this craziness before the market might be able to catch up? Part of me wishes they would release another wheel to get some of the hype off of the Ray10!

Yeah that's probably what it'll take. He says he's always working on new designs.

Usually in the auto parts business, parts are marked up around 50% or more. Vin wouldn't sell the wheels at his listed price without making some kind of profit. He probably makes more from the quantity he sells than some smaller wheel and tire shop that only sells a few sets. Vin will make more money in the long run by having more customers who want what he's got. It's as easy as

Makes you wonder what the next design could be? How long ago did the straight 6s come out? Sorry for all the history questions.

Anyone know if the wheels come with lugs? Or if i can use my existing lugs? I wanna know if I need to order a set before my wheels get here.
