Group Buy: 2005-2017, Dbl Cab, Short Bed
Long Bed & Access Cab mounting brackets are in the design phase.

Extended range fuel tanks, Australian company, Long Range Automotive: 129 litre/~34 gallon fuel tank: https://longrangeautomotive.com.au

Helps beat sticker shock on fuel with less fill ups. I'm in for the range and limited trips to ethanol free gas stations. These tanks are direct fit, replacements for the originals. All mounting hardware as well as installation instructions are included. https://longrangeautomotive.com.au/file/12729/536

Importer, Cruiser Brothers, LLC, will handle the logistics of importing fuel tanks. Cost to Tacoma World members is: $1295.00/tank if referenced at checkout: Tacoma World - James Tanks are shipped via water freight, originasting from Melbourne Australia and delivered to Stockton, CA. From there, shipping cost to your door, varies by location. Estimated costs, according to Cruiser Brothers, ($200 - western states - $300 eastern states). Payments would be made through Cruiser Brothers: https://www.cruiserbrothers.com

The current "Product list" through Cruiser Brothers, does NOT show these tanks but, I have been informed they will shortly, as this product just became a part of their inventory.

Please bear with me as I'm still trying to work out all the details. Mounting locations have limited these tanks to only DCSB trucks, retrofitting to fit your truck can be done with some effort or so I've been informed. Post or PM me if interested, not just thinking.

    Hello guys -
I am the co-owner of Cruiser Brothers and importer/distributor for Long Range Automotive in North America.` We have worked with LRA - importing existing tank kits and developing new ones to suit North American emission systems. At my partner's shop we have sold and installed LRAs for over ten years. Our working relationship with LRA started last year when I met with LRA owner Roger Beimers in Melbourne and we began the process of building a working partnership to offer the full range of LRA tanks in North America.

We have been informed that the dual cab long box and access cab long box can accept the kit we offer for 2nd Gen and later Tacomas.

The simple story is that we are importing and selling LRA tanks today on a direct basis at retail to owners and through authorized dealers and installing shops. Our website is under construction and we will have the kits listed within the next few weeks and in the meantime, are accepting orders through this link:https://www.cruiserbrothers.com/request-a-quote/ Just tell us who you are, what you want and we will contact you regarding invoicing, shipment times, etc. We have offered to acknowledge James's efforts at putting together a group buy, so please mention your affiliation when you register.

Retail on the Tacoma tank kit is $1,495 on a pre-order basis. With $300 deposit you will be guaranteed a tank on our next stock order arriving by container in June. We will offer $200 off on such preorders for orders placed and deposits paid by April 15. We are unable to sell to or ship to California purchasers.

We are running a business, not a group buy. As importer, Cruiser Brothers is the manufacturer of record for this product in USA, with the legal and regulatory responsibilities that come with that role. Please be patient and let us provide the community with quality parts and support. We want to get you what you need the right way.

Please see the attached product tear sheet and this video

Any questions, please email to info@cruiserbrothers.com. Tanks are on the way.

    Thank you,

    Ward Harris

I've wanted one of these for so long! I wish they fit an access cab.

    Are they that different?

Cool. I like mine just fine though. Less expensive and doesn't require a skid...
