Hey Guys... anyone planning on heading up to Overland Expo this Saturday morning? Anyone want to cruise together up there?

I'm just planning on spending the day up there and leaving mid afternoon to meet some friends camping nearby.

Thought it'd be nice to get a small group together to drive up if anyones interested... perhaps some of you already got plans to do so and could use a tag-a-long?

So, parents of teenagers:

What age is it good to give a kid a debit card these days?? Want to teach them important life lessons early in life.

Back in my day, we didn't have no damn debit cards though! Not even a coin star, had to roll pennies by hand to take to spend!!!!

 

My 10-year-old already has a savings account with an ATM card, although we don't let him just run around with it in his pocket. He's already decided he wants to start socking away money for a truck. Brings a tear to my eye. <sniff>

 

This handsome man appeared at my place at 8AM to put in a Dakar add a leaf as well as a helper spring. Looks like I'll be picking up just shy of 2" of lift in the rear.

I now have 11.25 of downward travel. Fuck yes! Dukenstein leaf pack FTW!

Also, it was about a year ago when the rear was messed with for the shackle flip... So much loose stuff! Important note... Re-torque a month after reassembly of anything.

Those of you who have camped at Grand Canyon, where should we go that's not on a campground? I can't see any decent forest roads on the maps anywhere.
