Ohhhhhhhhhhh.... so the night run is something that would be worth the drive for me?

 

No idea. Never done a night run before.

 

For the right price I'd buy them!

 

If u like night runs, its allll night long. We were on trail till 3-4 am and i didnt get home till close to 6am. The fee is the normal 25 plus 15 however since it spans two calendar days, but its also one of the only times you can camp/stay overnight.

Some camps party all night but some areas do have quiet time. They busted my chops for my music being turned up at the air station.

Sunday works for me. The wife is leaving sunday on a business trip anyway. I'm good anytime after noon.

 

I used to moderate / admin a very large cycling forum. You'd be surprised what tools are available if the mods want to take the time to set them up. We even had a 'miserable user' function that basically made pages error at random, log the user out at random, slow down page load, etc for those users whom would just come back under new names from being banned.

I got a call from the shop today... they said my truck is supposed to be ready for pick up today!

 

I have a couch you can crash on! Haha. Its only an hour from me.

I think they have some good spots for rock crawlers at bridgeport, and i think a night run would be awesome! I went there one weekend when they were throwing a rock crawl night run event and the rigs that were out there were awesome. Sadly i had to leave before dark and did not get to see the night run.

 

Ill try to come out. We are going to Hawaii that following weekend.

 

Ok he lied to me. He said they were still working on assembly, so i told him i am flying out of town tomorrow, i will be back on sunday, and to take his time and fix it right!

I miss my truck but i would hate to have to take it back for additional repairs.

 

Part of my job is contacting customers with repair updates.... I must here that 10x times a week from a body shops. Hope they do it right! Look for body gaps and orange peel texture on the paint... if that is there, something isn't right.

 

I wont go into details, but it looks like truck parts are on hold and im officially job hunting.

Are you on linked in? Short version is ive worked for dealerships since 2004 in various positions with the exception of finance. Mostly Ford but also short stays at Kia, Suzuki, Chevrolet, and Dodge. Ive been a parts sales rep (mostly wholesale) for the Ford dealer in Lewisville for 3 years this June.

 

Napa is hiring for outside sales in Coppell. I considered applying but am sticking with inside sales for now. I believe they offer salary and car allowance.
