I'm assuming I have to remove the glove box, but I wasn't too confident about doing anything with the airbag above it.

I'm going to rid my interior of chrome.

heres all the pages i have found so far in the fsm,
@VangaSTL @Metric Rider. i disregarded the door and rear seat storage. i also couldn't find anything about the srs airbag panel below the glovebox, that was the only piece i could not fully remove. hope this helps. i am still sifting through all this. patience is not a virtue lol.

as long as you unplug the battery the airbag will not deploy. still be gentle with it though.

Isn't the bsm button normally located to the left of the steering column? I remember someone thought it might have something to do with the dual zone climate control for those who don't have it.

You must be wired up for the bsm and cross traffic alert and the qi wireless charging buttons.

I'm just confused because you have a TRD sport, so it should have come with the qi wireless charging pad standard. And I remember you saying you have the dual zone automatic climate control which means you had to have gotten the premium technology package which should have come with the bsm and cross traffic alert standard. Am I missing something?

The packages in canada are different, here we get heated seats/dual zone, garage openers mud flaps and all weather mats stock. We have whats called the "upgrade sport" which has moon roof, wireless charging and blindspot, as an additional package.

Have you checked behind your rear bumper to see if there is wiring to hook up the sensors for the bsm? I'm actually jealous of that arrangement because I'd love to have the heated seats but couldn't because in US it also comes with sunroof which lowers the roof line just enough for my head to hit the ceiling.
