    You guys dig any prog metal? The latest Mastodon album has been on repeat for me since it came out. The final track on the album, Jaguar God, has the best send off solo I've heard from Brent Hinds yet.

    I'm a huge mastodon fan. miss the old days of them tho. I like that tune, but overall the new record was an epic letdown. I went to the show last week and it was good. Brent playing sober sounds better

    The only time I got to see them live was when they were touring for Crack the Skye and by the time Mastodon came on, he was trashed and they just turned him way down. I was pretty bummed, Crack the Skye was the first album I listened to from them and it hooked me for life. I like Emperor of Sand way more than The Hunter and Once More but its definitely not Blood Mountain haha.
