    Try contacting through his website? I've never personally dealt with him (soon I will), he seems to be really slow to respond but always comes through. I know how it is running your own business. Not enough hours in the day and throw in a family and it's hard to balance everything. Sorry your dealing with this and hopefully @zscott will take care of you.

    First message sent to him on Jan 15, he responded Jan 16 said he would get it sent out. Messages sent periodically and nothing further from him since his first response on Jan 16.

    I love my rack and have been patiently waiting for the missing item since it's not an insanely important piece (wind noise reduction strip) and I hate...complaining but there comes a point when it's just been too long.

    Once you get the rack, its freaking awesome.

    My missing piece isnt THAT important, just the wind noise reduction strip but still want to get it put on.

    the racks may be amazing, but the multitude of incomplete orders, 29 week waits. Why? why put yourself through that to same some money?
