Lift to compensate for ARB front bumper

Did anyone install a ARB and notice how much the weight made the front droop? I'm not looking to lift my truck but I wanted to keep around the stock height (4x4) after I add the behemoth bumper. Thoughts?

 

better coil springs?? i know ome makes them for trucks with heavy bumbers there 885-886's but they have 2" of lift with them dunno if they make some without lift or not

 

Maybe install a 1/2 inch top spacer for the front struts

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. Having some trouble finding stiffer coil springs for SR5 stock because most people seem to go for the whole package. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place.

Great idea! Should get me the height and after my springs wear out I can take em off and put in a whole new package. My only concern is that I want to get get the rear spring TSB to compensate for a Leer cap/sleeping platform and I'm worried the Toyota tech's would freak out if I've modified my suspension at all. I figure they might not notice new coils but definitely would see the spacers.

 

they shouldnt give you crap for the leafs when you did the spacer up front, it has no relavance to eachother

 

Well I know one of the parts is the alignment up front so I didn't want them to see them and freak out on me. You're probably right though, I guess I'm being paranoid.
